Do You Want to Experience More Freedom? 
I often hear clients and friends gathering themselves to summon up their courage to tell their truth to another person. More important is to tell ourselves the truth first. When we get honest with ourselves we don't have to completely discard our whole lives. It's often the patterns that we need to dissolve and when we start with small steps, we get imbued with power and energy and the momentum continues to propel us forward. Ever since I was a teenager, I have loved the exhilaration and flexibility of freedom in my body that comes from working out. I look forward to my Pilates sessions each week with joy. For the past month, I had a very tight groin muscle and I received a message from Divine Guidance that nudged me to go get a deep tissue sports massage. I thought about calling my regular masseuse, but I got busy and thought I will do it next week. A few days later I strained my groin muscle so badly that I was in a lot of pain for 3 days and it is still tender as I write this. Now that time has passed, I can look back and see how amusing this experience was. I teach a class on Divine Guidance with Jeanna Gabellini, and we encourage our clients to connect to their Divine Guidance and follow their own nudges. How often in life do you ignore your inner messages? I had plenty of time to reflect while resting. When, I got really honest with myself. I realized I wanted to stop for a couple of months and unplug from the world, read books, write, watch movies, sit outside and stare up at the sky with no responsibilities and no agendas. At some level I did not think I could take this much time off, but my Higher Self did and created it for me. If I had done an honest inventory in the beginning, I could have created a very different experience for myself. When you tell yourself the truth, the most difficult part is over, the next steps easily follow and new doors eagerly await to open for you. If you are experiencing any difficulties in life, ask yourself "What is my truth here". Allow yourself to breathe deeply and don't force anything. If the answers don't come in that moment, you can trust that the information will come, and always ask your Divine Guidance to lend a helping hand.
